Returns
Returns are accepted as follows: Returns must be approved via email. Please send return requests to returns@draperydiy.com. Approved returns will be issued a RMA number which must be referenced on all returns. Drapery DIY will refund full costs of goods and shipping on defective or improperly shipped merchandise. All other returns must be returned at the buyers expense and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All cut yardage items are not returnable.
